Week 3 (already?!)

Today was the first run of week 3 of my training regime. To recap, I did a 7 mile run on the Wabash Trace on Sunday. That was my longest ever. I am being plagued by a little pain in my right knee, though. I had the trainer at my high school look at it and she referred to it as being a bit "crunchy" in there. I'm conflicted as to whether I should just work through the discomfort or see an ortho (or other medical professional) to figure out what exactly is going on in there.
